Avaya One X Communicator Mac

It was such a pain to pack Avaya One-X Communicator SCCM Application Package! It is using InstallShield, but it is not a typical installation package. When I was reading the admin manual, I can use “install.exe -silent” to install silently successful on a local machine. But when I push it via SCCM, it just failed every time.
I tried using batchfile to invoke this silent parameter but failed as well.
Open one-X Communicator by double clicking the one-X Communicator icon on your desktop and enter your extension and password and click Log On Under Menu Settings View, check the Show Line Displayoption to allow you to see the Active Call information. On the General Settingstab, complete the following changes as outlined below.
So here is the solution, when you open the install.exe, do not click next, just let it sit there:
Now we go to your local user folder : UsersusernameAppDataLocalDownloaded Installations:
Now you can see 3 folder, click on each of them, you will find the main avaya one-x communicator installer, which is onexc_6_2_3_setup.msi, you can using SCCM to auto popular application information. However this is not done yet.
Go to the other two folders, and find Avaya.UCA.TypeLIbrary.msi, this is another file needed for the application.

*Avaya one-x SIP software for Mac OSX. Can anyone help me with this software? Need to install on CEO’s laptop tomorrow morning. We have all the Avaya licenses just need the software to install, is working on my iphone very well.
We upload these two msi files to SCCM server, and use a batch file to run it :

Remote Worker allows the connection of supported IP phones andclient applications remotely from IP Office, without requiring any VPN concentrator equipment with IP Office.
With the Remote Worker feature enabled, remote 9600 H.323 or SIPJ100 IP Phones can connect to IP Office even if it is located behind a NAT router. The same appliesto supported client applications, see supported SIP endpoints. The sets or applications are authenticatedon IP Office in the same way as if in the private network. The IP Office determines that the user is located outside the privatenetwork and relays the VoIP RTP traffic to ensure it transverses theNAT router.
The following 9600 phones are supported:

The H.323 signaling and the media traffic is not encrypted howeverthe proprietary binary format adds a basic level of encryption.

The Avaya Session BorderController for Enterprise (Avaya SBCE) sits on the edge of customer’s network with both internaland external IP interfaces. Using these IP interfaces, Avaya SBCE functions as the gateway for SIP traffic into and outof the network. When used internally, SIP clients register to the IP Office directly. When used externally, the SIP clients connectto the Avaya SBCE. This is achieved using Split DNS, which automaticallyresolves the FQDNs to the internal IP address of the IP Office or the public IP address of the Avaya SBCE depending on where the clients are currently located.Apart from acting as a gateway, Avaya SBCE also provides protection against any external SIP-basedattacks. For privacy over the public internet, the public side ofthe Avaya SBCE facing the remote workers must be configured to use therecommended values of TLS for signaling and SRTP for media encryption,as long as they are supported by the endpoints.
